The Spot You Told Me About Vermouth foraged on a picturesque farmThe Spot You Told Me About was the first sweet vermouth we made. Made with a base of Gewrztraminer, foraged crabapples and cherries. The botanicals here are: apple blossoms, blue spruce tips, white pine shoots, willow bark and yarrow. We love it on it's own, over a big ice cube, or as the star in a wet martini.
